Shipping Information:
All orders under $50 should include a 10% estimated handling charge, but no less that a $2.00 minimum. Applicable Federal and Provincial taxes will be added to the invoice total. 

Drop Shipping Available:
Drop Shipping available on certain items within Canada.

Refused Shipments and Cancelled Orders:
Customers will be charged a 25% restocking fee for refused, undelivered or unauthorized returns, plus all shipping charges. In addition Absolute Chevy may request prepayment in full for all future orders.

Shortage Claims:
Absolute Chevy must be notified within 3 days of delivery. Absolute Chevy will not be responsible for shortages or damages after this period. Be sure to thoroughly check all box(es) for all items before submitting a shortage claim.

Damage Claims:
It is the responsibilty of the carrier for delivery of merchandise in good condition. Please inspect all deliveries, when possible, in the presense of the carrier. If you receive an opened or damaged package, have the driver write \"damaged\" on the delivery sheet. Contact your local Bus or Trucking Company so they can send a representative to inspect the package immediately. The representative will then contact us and we will take the proper steps. In all cases of damage, the parcel must be inspected at the point of delivery to the customer. If this procedure is not followed, the carrier cannot be held responsible for a damage claim on YOUR delivery!

Forms of Payment:
We accept Visa, Cash, Bank Certified Cheques or Money Orders.

All prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. Absolute Chevy reserves the right to discontinue products without notice.

Product Availability:
Availability of all products is subject to change without notice; Absolute Chevy neither implies nor guarantees availability of any products due to various problems which occur in manufacturing. All attempts are made to ensure availability of all requested products is available by choosing an alternative supplier than first discussed.

Back Orders:
Back orders do on occasion occur when products is unavailable from the supplier. Unless otherwise requested, we will backorder the items for you or upon your request the items will not be placed on backorder.

Returns:
Books, templates, all electrical, or any special ordered items are not returnable. Parts authorized for return will be done so up to 30 days from date of invoice. Products may not be returned for any reason if installation has been attempted, or if the part has been painted, modified, or used in any way. All merchandise returned which is not defective is subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be authorized in advance by calling Absolute Chevy during regular business hours. Please have the original invoice number that the part was purchased on.

Guarantee:
All parts and products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and material. Liability is limited to the replacement of defective parts. Absolute Chevy shall not be liable for personal or mechanical damage caused by the use or misuse of product or products.
